Foot pain is not normal and should be investigated often changes to training load, surface and timeframes can be a contributing factor to injury or reinjury. Tim a Podiatrist with a background in Health Science and an accredited Sports Trainer can help to provide a personalised rehabilitation program and advise on changes where needed. 

 

Training modifications in the treatment of foot and lower limb injuries, are also PART of an overall treatment plan.
